<p>‘소액결제 현금화 산업은 불법이다. 아이디어통신망법은 ‘통신과금서비스이용자로 하여금 통신과금서비스에 의하여 재화등을 구매·이용하도록 한 후 이용자가 구매·사용한 재화등을 할인하여 매입하는 행위에 ‘2년 이하의 징역 또는 3천만원 이하의 벌금에 처되도록 규정하고 있습니다.</p>
<p>이은희 인하대 구매자학과 교수는 “구글 똑같은 글로벌 오프라인 산업자도 매출에만 신경쓰지, 문제가 발생했을 때 적절한 대처를 하지 않는 때가 많다”면서 “구글 소액결제 케이스가 많아지고 있습니다면 구글이 최고로 제일 먼저 할 일은 이런 일이 또 생성하지 않게 조치를 취하는 것”이라고 이야기 했다.</p>
<p>소액결제 현금화는 제품권, 게임 아이템 등을 결제한 뒤 인증번호 등 아이디어를 회사에 넘기면 수수료를 떼고 즉시 현금을 지급하는 것을 말한다. ‘급전이 요구되는 학생들이 주로 이용하는데, 실상은 고금리 대출에 사기 가능성이 높아 정보통신망법상 불법으로 규정하고 있을 것입니다.</p>
